OK. I have said this over a million times already but Margiela never fails to amaze me. In this collection you can for sure see the Grecian influences. The white dresses- the silhouette. EVERYTHING is so perfectly well made I am about to cry....from joy obviously. I love the elegance feel from the black, gray, and blue gloves. It's the perfect touch to a minimal collection. Damn.

Perfect for those "lazy" days when you want to look decent without spending too much time figuring out your next outfit. Those baggy tapered jeans are to die for and those Margiela nude wedge heels.

New black maxi wrap skirt by Maison Martin Margiela.

Theyskens Theory Spring RTW 2013

Michael Kors Spring RTW 2013

I have been keeping up with fashion week and Theyskens Theory and Michael Kors didn't disappoint. Theyskens, as always is beautiful. The black halter sheer overlay dress is beautiful and I would buy it in a second. Same with the white suit paired with black boots. Michael Kors I thought did surprisingly well for the Spring RTW 2013 collection. It's sexy without too much detail. The perspex cuff really won me, though.

I made a post a while back about my search for the perfect sweater for this upcomming fall/winter season. Just found the perfect one by Helmut Lang. I wait to buy fall/winter clothes until the weather really pushes me too. It doesn't get cold here until the end of October, but I just had to snatch this before it was sold out. It's the littlest things that bring joy.

My color palette is very refined. The usual blacks, greys, whites. I don't think I'll ever grow out of those 3 colors. I've been redefining my wardrobe for a past couple of months, and I am happy with how everything is turning out as I had expected. It's nice to just clean out clothes you 1.) Don't ever wear, 2.) Occasionally wear, and  3.) Can't believe you ever bought that atrocious looking clothing item. The feeling is like as if a heavy burden is being lifted off your shoulders. It's nice.

I've been searching for a white cotton skirt for a while now, and when I came across this piece, I knew the waiting had finally paid off. What is so special about it is that it was produced in 1998, when Helmut Lang, himself, designed the line. The design is so simple and minimal. Just how I like everything to be.
